Graham is the founder and ceo of Positive Leadership Limited (‘PLL’).
PLL equips leaders throughout an organisation with the values, confidence and practical skills necessary to succeed and win consistently in a highly competitive environment and to excel under pressure.

Prior to establishing PLL, Graham was the executive director of Winning Scotland Foundation, a charity he co-founded with the goal of encouraging young Scots to develop a winning attitude through sport. A qualified lawyer and chartered accountant; Graham is an experienced international investment banker and a trained mediator. Previously he was a corporate finance partner with Deloitte, based in the UK and the USA. Graham is also a founding member of the Scottish Enterprise backed ‘GlobalScot’ organisation.

Graham is a passionate Scotsman who shares the same philosophy as Scotland’s national bard, Robert Burns:
